When was your last road trip? Have you been out to see some other studios? Letâs go get some new ideas and new experiences. Itâs always good to visit some other studios and see what theyâre doing. Letâs use competition to your advantage. Talk to them, share ideas.
Donât forget to keep track of your mileage and your meals. Meals are deductible as a business owner, as long as you have a business purpose.
So if youâre headed out of town to go visit friends, go to a wedding, go to a conference, go see another studio. Call ahead of time. Make sure they are open and the owner is going to be there. Make it your objective that you donât leave to come home until you have three new ideas to investigate.
I hope this helps you and take advantage of the competition and make new friends.
