Iâm Donna Bordeaux with PYOPAccounting.com . Do you have a roadmap for your business? Well, most people donât, many business owners and studio owners kind of fly by the seat of our pants every day. We want to help you make sure that you have a roadmap in place. Do you know where youâre going? How do you know when youâll get there, that roadmap should contain things like, what are the next steps that you want to do to improve your studio or improve your business? Are there other lines of business you want to add in? Are there lines you should get rid of? And another really important piece is what are the indicators that tell you when itâs time to leave? Unfortunately, we have a lot of people right now who are having some hard times due to the COVID crisis and maintaining their business.
Their studios have suffered through having closures and lower occupancy than allowable. And that has caused a lot of financial stress on the business. And honestly, some may not be able to make it through knowing when to seek help, knowing when to pull the plug. When you should have outside forces come in to help you. Those are all really important things right now. Weâve been a partner with this industry for a long time, and I hate to see the struggles that many are going through right now. I want to make sure that you have all of the resources that you need to make good decisions and decide whatâs best for you. If youâve come to a point where youâre tired, thatâs normal. Every business owner reaches that point. That doesnât mean that you wonât get your enthusiasm back, but youâll need to find a way to motivate yourself to get onto that next step.
And Iâd be happy to help you line up and make sure you understand what that next step is. Many who are struggling. Say, I donât know if Iâm going to be able to make it well, you need to know thereâs no sense and throwing good money after bad. If youâre not going to make it. So make a plan to make it. And that will help you get through. Weâre here to help you with those types of decisions. And as an industry expert, we understand what you go through on a day-to-day basis. So please lean on us. Let us be your guiding light to help you get through this schedule a time for us to chat. I wonât charge you to chat. I just want to hear what youâre going through and see if thereâs a way that we might be able to help you. If there is, we can talk about how to take the next steps into building a relationship to work together. Iâm Donna Bordeaux with PYOP Accounting here to serve you in the PYOP industry.
